We contacted Indian Valley with a very difficult situation. We foolishly thought we could handle a difficult move ourselves only to get deep into the process and realize we were sadly mistaken. We were on a tight timeline (less than a week) and we continued to increase the scale and scope of the project up until the night before. Not only did they arrive on time, they were professional and courteous and made me feel at ease even though I could not be there in person. We had multiple large items to dispose of as well as a rediculous amount of books to take to our new home. There was also the added complication that the new house has a lot of stairs to carry the items up. Invoicing was quick and easy and the person who was at the office answered all of my novice questions. We were already unsure about the whole process but she put our worries at ease Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to anyone dealing with a move or with a cleanout.
